• We charge no travel expenses and do not charge extra for Spanish examinations. Weekends, holiday work, or emergency scheduling, however, are left to negotiation between the client and the assigned examiner.
• We give you the option of asking us to auction-off, or obtain silent-bids for, your examination - from among the members of the Texas Polygraph Alliance. If you choose that option, however, you must still make your deposit beforehand and agree to pay the fee of the lowest bidder, even if the lowest bid obtained though our auction is higher than our already posted market fee.
• If you are given a “low-ball” fee quote from anyone else, that is less than what we have quoted you through our posted fees, or through our silent-bid process, you can be assured that the “low-baller’s” motive in polygraph is only to make money. Another red-flag to be wary of is any examiner who agrees to perform an examination that is less than 2 hours in length because this leads to cutting corners and an incomplete process. “Quick and dirty” examinations could cause test results to be unsupported and rightfully challenged by opposing attorneys, law enforcement agencies, as well as disgruntled employees or accused loved ones.
• We urge you to be cautious about how you choose your polygraph service provider because the results of a polygraph examination can change someone’s life forever.
