About Us
Most, if not all, of the examiners who are members of the Texas Polygraph Alliance are current or former law enforcement officers who have extensive experience in conducting investigations, interrogations, polygraph examinations and providing testimony in courts throughout the state. Each of our examiners belongs to self-policing state and national professional associations that require continuing education, provide various expert certifications and as a result, our members have become polygraphers of the highest order. We pride ourselves on the fact that the Texas Polygraph Alliance is not merely a commercial enterprise seeking to make a profit. Every one of our examiners are passionate about their work and they derive personal satisfaction from getting to the truth about any contested issue. Our examiners perform without bias and deliver the truth to our clients with clarity and certainty. We will gladly share our charts and processes with other examiners for their independent analysis and quality control review. Mr. Hale believes in the many messages that Jesus Christ brought to this earth; among them that “Truth is in the Word and that the Word is God.” These biblical principles and the psychological catharsis that is provided by a polygraph examination provide faith-based solutions that lead to the unveiling of truth and that provide opportunities for the renewal of trust and reinstatement of personal and professional relationships. The
Texas Polygraph Alliance was founded by Gary J. Hale de los Santos, a
native Texican of Irish-Mexican descent who was born and raised in Laredo.
Over the years, he has also lived in San Angelo, El Paso, San Antonio,
Del Rio and Houston as well as in Mexico, Colombia and Bolivia. Mr. Hale
is a polygraph examiner with over 32 years of experience and service in
the law enforcement, polygraph and intelligence fields. He formed the
Texas Polygraph Alliance to maximize business opportunities for himself
and his like-minded professional associates and to resolve Texas problems
with solutions derived by Texas professionals.
